Each field in the form is described in the table below. When you have provided all the required fields, click Add Partner to add the partner to the list.

Partner Name / DSPThe name of the partner. Start typing to reveal a list of available partners. If you can't find a particular media partner, please visit the troubleshooting page..

If you represent an agency with a programmatic team delivering media in this campaign, you should include that in the Media Partner list.
Partner Contact EmailThe best contact email for your partner.
Media PurchaseSelect how the media will be purchased, either Direct or Programmatic.

In a Direct purchase for out-of-home advertising, companies negotiate and buy ad space directly from the media owner or vendor. This involves a direct transaction without the intermediation of automated platforms.

Programmatic purchases involve a degree of automation, including the use of platforms that leverage data-driven insights. When selected, we will contact you to obtain partner-generated exposures.
Media TypeWhen Direct media purchases are specified, we request the type of media being delivered.

Select either Traditional Media or Place-Based Media.

Traditional Media involves visual advertising commonly located outdoors, such as billboards, posters, and street furniture.

Place-Based Media involves visual advertising located indoors. Examples include malls, gas stations, and elevators.
What will the media format be?When Direct media is selected, we also request whether the media is Static or Digital.

In a Static media format, the out-of-home advertising content remains fixed without any dynamic elements. This can include traditional billboards or posters with static images and messages.

Digital media formats involve digital billboards or screens that display rotating advertisements.
Total Planned ImpressionsThe total planned impressions for the given media partner.

Total Estimated Ad SpendProvide an estimate for the total ad spend for the given media partner.

Funding SourceSelect the party responsible for funding the measurement study. Either Agency or Media Partner

To provide accurate volume and performance metrics, we need to understand how spend is distributed amongst Media Partners.

Edit Partner List

After adding a partner, they will be populated into a list at the bottom of the form.

You can edit the impressions, estimated spend, and start/end date by clicking in and editing the field.

Remove a Partner from the List

If you wish to remove a partner from the list, click the Remove button (represented by a trash can) on the far right.
