Changes to Media Plan

Adding or Removing Media Partners

If you would like a new partner added to your multi-partner report, please reach out to your Foursquare account representative so they can assist you. Visit our customer support portal for further support.

Updating Spend or Impressions

Spend and impressions should be considered “estimated” while the campaign is in-flight. Once the campaign flight has ended, the impression and spend listed in the report can be actualized by your Foursquare account representative as long as the report is still in the “Processing” phase.

Once the results are “Completed”, spend and impressions cannot be updated.

Missing or Incomplete Data

Do you believe data is missing from your report (ex: impressions don’t match the counts being reported from the ad server reporting)? Impression counts listed in your Attribution report are unlikely to align exactly with the numbers provided by your ad server reporting. In fact, a 10%-15% “server-to-server” discrepancy is considered to be the industry standard. If the discrepancy is greater than 10%-15%, please reach out to your Foursquare account representative so they can assist further. Visit our customer support portal for further support.
